"My company, Kniesel’s Collision Centers, has used Randy Peters Catering several times, for many years. Our events and parties have widely varied from formal affairs to BBQs. In addition, we usually have a “theme” to correspond to our events. I am to give my vision to Randy and Lisa and they always conceptualize and produce it beyond my expectations.

For our most recent event, I changed the theme of the party 9 days prior to the event. I decided I wanted a New York City theme. Lisa, as usual, said “no problem” and created not only a NYC theme, but also encompassed all NYC communities, e.g., Little Italy, NY Deli’s, Coney Island Corndogs, etc. These “sub-stations” were an amazing addition that transformed the party.

Beyond their experience and quality of service, Randy, Lisa and staff are amazing people. They truly aim to please and believe their name and reputation is priceless. They have always conducted themselves with the utmost integrity and absolute commitment to customer service.
 Without hesitation, I would recommend Randy Peters Catering for any event, regardless of size or formality they are second to none!
