Making It Happen
We have experience in concessions for everything from large sporting
events like the LPGA Tour and Sacramento Capitals World Tennis Team events
with over 50,000 people, to smaller events like the Folsom Police Department
K-9 Trials or movie shoots with fewer than 1,000 people. We bring our award
winning service to you and can provide catering and concessions for a
variety of settings including: hospitality venues, courtside seating,
commissaries, themed concessions, sponsorship parties, sponsor tents or
whatever your event calls for.
Our menus and presentations are designed to fit your occasion. For example, as
the exclusive caterer for the 2008 Sacramento Capitals World Tennis Team, youll
find us serving up a delectable menu of tri-tip, teriyaki bowls, pork ribs,
turkey wraps, fruit and veggie skewers, chicken caesar salad and tenderbroil
mini steak burgers (sliders), just to name a few. But if your event calls for a
Carnival theme, we can also whip up a delicious spread of corn dogs, french
fries, caramel apples and cotton candy. You let us know what you want and we
work with you to make it happen.
